Payment Security

We process all payments through PayHere. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

This policy is compliant with the laws of Sri Lanka, including the Personal Data Protection Act.


Return & Refund Policy

Digital Delivery

As we provide digital services, software access or cloud credentials will be delivered to your registered email address within 24 to 48 hours of a successful transaction.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only issued if a service was not delivered or if there is a verified technical failure on our end that prevents usage.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase.
  • Once a cloud subscription is active and in use, we cannot offer a refund for that specific billing cycle.

Process

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.


Terms & Conditions

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

CloudArm aims for 99.9% uptime for our cloud ERP modules. We perform scheduled maintenance during low-traffic hours (GMT+5:30) and provide 24-hour notice for any downtime.

Usage License

The client is granted a non-transferable license to use CloudArm ERP modules. Reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, or use of the system for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
